Gmail and socks
Is it just me, or is Gmail severely suckin’ during daytime, weekday hours? I don’t mean kinda suckin’, I mean HOOVER suckin’. I get more daytime server errors with Gmail than any other web site that I frequent. It seems to be a recent thing as I don’t recall having these issues a month ago.
Whatevuh.
On a completely different note, this morning when I folded my laundry all of the socks in the load were nicely paired up in the laundry basket. No fishing for the other socks this morning, nope. I can’t explain it. Perhaps this is a sign that Gmail may heal soon? Who knows.

Yes, I’m bitterly pissed at gmail as well - not only for the sluggish performance, but because they STILL don’t have gchat (or whatever the fuck they’re calling it) compatible with Safari. Gaymos.

The GChat thing with Safari does suck. That, and the lack of easy to use web development tools a la Firefox\’s Web Developer Toolbar, Venkman (Vinkman?), and Firefox\’s Javascript console, keep bringing me back to Firefox. I much prefer Safari, though. Nothing is faster on Macs (on my MacBook, I can click on Safari\’s icon in the dock and get as far as \”one-onethousand\” and the thing is already up and running. Try that with Firefox).
I know, bitch bitch bitch. Google really does need to do something about its Safari support, though.
